As a state partner, the Connecticut Bankers Association is pleased to announce the Society of Bank Executives complimentary CHRO Virtual Peer Group to be held on Thursday, February 26^th at 1:30 p.m. The Society of Bank Executives Peer Groups are interactive online sessions that allow senior bank executives to connect with peers outside of their competitive market, learn new perspectives, gain insights from each other, expand their knowledge base and focus on important topics.

TOPIC 

Banks recognize that few things contribute to the engagement of their people and the success of the organization more than company culture. It’s what attracts and keeps your best team members. What isn’t as clear is how we create the kind of culture where people thrive.

Ned Pauley, Founder and President, The Signify Group
Ned Pauley served as a consultant in the banking industry for over 20 years. Now, he is the founder and president of The Signify Group, a leadership consulting firm. He invests in leaders through speaking, coaching, writing, and other content creation. His books include Where Leadership Starts and the multi-edition That Question Book.

Ned believes when leaders are at their best, people and places thrive. Mastering human connection gives the leader and their organization a distinct competitive advantage. Ned launched The Signify Group to help leaders grow their human acumen. He takes great pleasure in seeing leaders grow their success and deepen their significance.
