Generative AI is already showing up across banking, often quietly, through tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI assistants. The real question is no longer whether bankers should use AI, but how to use it in ways that genuinely save time, improve decision-making, and fit real banking work, all done responsibly.

This session is designed for bankers at every level and in every role, from the front line to leadership. We focus on everyday, practical GenAI applications that can be used immediately, without technical expertise, major system changes, or access to sensitive data. You will see how to apply these tools in ways that respect privacy, avoid PII, and do not require connecting to internal systems.
