The Banque: Preparing the next generation for the future of banking. A real-time, competitive bank-management simulation used across banking education. Teams run a fictional institution — capital, funding, investments, rate strategy, balance e sheet management — through simulated years, with outcomes driven by market conditions and peer competition. Built in partnership with the Barret Graduate School of Banking, The Banque brings applied balance-sheet decision-making to graduate banking schools, in-house banking education programs, and state associations.
